Make Flymake fringe indicators use dedicated faces

* lisp/progmodes/flymake.el (flymake-error-bitmap)
(flymake-warning-bitmap, flymake-note-bitmap): Define new faces.
(flymake-error-fringe, flymake-warning-fringe)
(flymake-note-fringe): Use the new faces by default.
