(sql-buffer): Doc explains the use of the variable and how to change it. (sql-mode-menu): Included entries for sql-show-sqli-buffer and sql-change-sqli-buffer; sql-send-region and sql-send-buffer are disabled if sql-buffer doesn't have a process; sql-send-paragraph is new.
