macOS: only cp emacs.pdmp when installing (bug#66022)

* Makefile.in (install-arch-dep): install emacs.pdmp here for
self-contained build
* nextstep/Makefile.in (${ns_applibexecdir}/Emacs.pdmp): Don't cp
emacs.pdmp if self-contained build.
