Improve documentation of 'movemail'

* doc/emacs/rmail.texi (Movemail): Fix the name of the Mailutils
manual in the printed version.  Add index entries.  Move the
description of remote mailboxes to...
(Remote Mailboxes): ...here, to avoid duplication.
