(cua-delete-selection, cua-toggle-set-mark): New defcustoms.

(cua-rectangle-modifier-key): Add `alt' modifier.
(cua-replace-region): Don't delete if cua-delete-selection is nil.
(cua-set-mark): Don't clear mark if cua-toggle-set-mark is nil.
