Consistent completion in inferior python with emacs -nw.

* progmodes/python.el (inferior-python-mode): replace "<tab>"
binding in inferior-python-mode-map with "\t".
(python-shell-completion-complete-at-point)
(python-completion-complete-at-point): Remove interactive spec.
