; Minor Tramp changes

* doc/misc/tramp.texi (Frequently Asked Questions): Don't mention
Windows 7/8, they are obsolete now.  Improve "speed up" item.

* lisp/net/tramp-sh.el (tramp-expand-script): Handle "%%" format
specifier better.
