Don't mention cl-cXXXr aliases in cl-lib manual

* doc/misc/cl.texi (Lists, List Functions, Efficiency Concerns): Don't
mention 'cl-cXXXr' compatibility aliases for built-in 'cXXXr'
functions.  They shouldn't be used in new code.
