Improve 'pdumper-stats' and its documentation

Browse source 
* src/pdumper.c (Fpdumper_stats): Improve formatting and
wording of the doc string.  Decode the pdump file name and
expand-file-name it.

* doc/lispref/internals.texi (Building Emacs): Document
'pdumper-stats'.
