Remove src/s/hpux11.h

Browse source 
* configure.in (BROKEN_SA_RESTART, USG_SUBTTY_WORKS): New AC_DEFINEs.
(opsysfile): Set specially for hpux11.

* src/s/hpux11.h: Remove file.
