Stop using Gnulib inttypes module

Browse source 
It wasn’t needed for MinGW after all, no other platform
seems to need it, and it slows down ‘configure’.
* admin/merge-gnulib (GNULIB_MODULES): Remove inttypes.
* m4/gnulib-comp.m4: Regenerate.
