Rmail summary fixes for empty summaries.
* lisp/mail/rmailsum.el (rmail-summary, rmail-new-summary) (rmail-new-summary-1): Allow empty summaries. (rmail-new-summary): Remember that rmail-summary-buffer is buffer-local. Fixes: debbugs:9964
