(rmail-summary-wipe): Likewise.
(rmail-summary-toggle-header): Use save-window-excursion, not
save-excursion.  Update point in rmail-view-buffer, not in
rmail-buffer.
(rmail-summary-reply): Before calling rmail-reply, set buffer to
rmail-view-buffer, not rmail-buffer.
