Fix arg name of `text-property-search-{forward|backward}' (bug#37488)

* lisp/emacs-lisp/text-property-search.el
(text-property-search-forward, text-property-search-backward):
Rename arg NOT-IMMEDIATE to NOT-CURRENT.  Also fix docstring.
