(autoselect_window_p): Renamed from `x_autoselect_window_p'.

Browse source 
(last_window): New variable.
(XTread_socket): Generate SELECT_WINDOW_EVENTs.
(note_mouse_movement): Remove reimplemented code in #if 0.
