Misc small cl doc fixes

* emacs-lisp/cl-extra.el (cl-maplist, cl-mapcan): Doc fix.

* emacs-lisp/cl-extra.el (cl-prettyexpand):
* emacs-lisp/cl-lib.el (cl-proclaim, cl-declaim):
* emacs-lisp/cl-macs.el (cl-destructuring-bind, cl-locally)
