Extend filelock-tests.el for bug#53207

* test/src/filelock-tests.el (filelock-tests--fixture): Make it a
defmacro.  Adapt callees.
(filelock-tests-unlock-spoiled, filelock-tests-kill-buffer-spoiled):
Simplify.
(filelock-tests-detect-external-change): New test
