NS: Fix build with NSTRACE_ENABLED

Browse source 
* src/nsterm.h (NSTRACE_MSG_NO_DASHES): Use
nstrace_enabled_global.
* src/nsterm.m: ([EmacsView performDragOperation:]): Don't use
an NSString.
