(ensure-mark): Minor rewrite.

(scroll-down-mark): Handle pc-select-override-scroll-error,
(scroll-down-nomark): Likewise.
(scroll-up-mark, scroll-up-nomark): Likewise.
(pc-selection-mode): Get rid of the advice on scroll-up, scroll-down.
