Document changes in Shell-script mode

* lisp/progmodes/sh-script.el (sh-mode, sh-set-shell): Document
the 'sh-shell' file-local variable.
(top level): Add an auto-load form to avoid byte-compiler warning
about 'comint-send-string'.
