Rename button-buttonize to buttonize

* lisp/help.el (help--describe-command):
* lisp/emacs-lisp/memory-report.el (memory-report--buffers):
* lisp/button.el (button-buttonize):
* doc/lispref/display.texi (Making Buttons): Rename
button-buttonize to just buttonize and adjust callers.
