Fix dunnet when played on terminals which don't support UTF-8

* lisp/play/dunnet.el (dun-rooms, dun-endgame-question, dun-help)
(dun-physobj-desc, dun-endgame-questions): Don't use non-ASCII
characters.  (Bug#79520)
