Add new Gnus summary commands and keystrokes for "unseen" navigation

* doc/misc/gnus.texi (Choosing Commands): Document them.
* lisp/gnus/gnus-sum.el (gnus-summary-next-unseen-article)
(gnus-summary-prev-unseen-article): New commands and
keystrokes (bug#35213).
