Juan Jose Garcia Ripoll d400a096eb Change of syntax in WITH-BACKEND. 
Using (WITH-BACKEND :BYTECODES form :C/C++ form ...) allows us
to coalesce both possibilities without the output value of
one suppressed form hiding the other one
