jjgarcia 9bdb35ee31 Make the behavior of "**" in logical pathnames more intuitive. For 
instance, now "HOME:FOO.LISP" matches the translation rule
("**/*.*" "~/**/*.*"), which formerly it did not. Also, add a logical
hostname for the home directory.
