jjgarcia 3e7559f112 SI::PROCESS-LAMBDA-LIST split into SI::PROCESS-LAMBDA (which actually 
operates on functions) and SI::PROCESS-LAMBDA-LIST (which parses only
the lambda list). The code is simplified.
