lang/sh: remove /bin/* fallback mode assocation 
Now that doom-guess-mode-h exists (which will set the major mode when
you save a file in fundamental-mode), this association isn't needed
anymore (because doom-guess-mode-h will deduce the mode from the
shebang line).

Dependencies

This module has several soft dependencies:

  • shellcheck Enables shell script linting.
  • bashdb Enables debugging for bash scripts.
  • zshdb Enables debugging for zsh scripts.
