ui/doom-dashboard: major refactor 
+ Fix default-directory not being set properly when switching
  perspectives. ie. Add persp-mode integration (#347, #360)
+ Ensure dashboard initializes properly, at the right time to ensure
  benchmark is properly reported (fix #361)
