magit/magit@65ecb9c5fc -> magit/magit@65ecb9c5fc

This fixes a bug in forge (which has been fixed upstream) that
erroneously set `minibuffer-allow-text-properties' globally and caused
seemingly random errors involving completion from the minibuffer.
