bump: ob-restclient

alf/ob-restclient.el@8183f8af08 -> alf/ob-restclient.el@94dd9cd98f

newer `restclient` version (in use) sets to buffer to `view-mode`
ob-restclient works around this by exiting it manually

Fix: #8461
