fix(Script/Ulduar): Mimiron - remove hardcode text and fix Computer broadcast. (#11725) 
* Remove hardcode from Mimiron

And fix Computer broadcast text with the sql

* Remove unused ObjectAccessor

* Add plasma blast to creature_text (MK II)

And move all text into 1 enum
