Stoabrogga d27bddaa34 fix(DB/SAI): fix mini-event for quest "All Hail Roanauk!" (#1735) 
* set orientation of Overlord Agmar to face Roanauk Icemist
* set orientation of the Taunka Soldiers to face Roanauk and let them kneel before him
* add cheer emote to the Taunka Soldiers
* let the Taunka Soldiers return to their home position after the event ends
* prevent Overlord Agmar to get stuck waiting for the player to talk to Roanauk; Overlord Agmar will now return to his home position after 3 minutes
