R E Broadley	623af7b90d	node: honor cpuPinningEnabled in PacketMultiplexer workers ... Apply Linux thread affinity in PacketMultiplexer receive worker threads when cpuPinningEnabled is true, matching existing tap-thread pinning behavior. This removes the unused capture/parameter warning by implementing the intended behavior and keeps non-Linux behavior unchanged.	2026-02-19 13:59:42 -05:00
