lin onetwo 2c654305b3 Refactor sync echo prevention and improve logging ... Removed frontend-side echo prevention logic in ipcSyncAdaptor, relying solely on backend file exclusion for echo prevention. Improved console log wrappers to preserve native behavior and added a log statement to setupSSE.
