11ea509870 Better diff for userChrome.css 
All rules & selectors have an unnecessary prefix that must be removed to
be used. Better to remove only comment start and end lines, for cleaner
diffs when comparing one's own version against updates.

14f0678946 Clean: Move lepton stylesheets into their own files 
- `userChrome.css` -> `css/leptonChrome.css`
- `userContent.css` -> `css/leptonContent.css`

This allows users to easily update lepton while still keepping their
own custom styles
